15 Days Return

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If returned items less than 3 boxes, generally it is not worth to return it because of the restock fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

35% Handling Charge

A handling charge of 35% will be charged on the value of all returns and 15% on the full value of all orders cancelled. 

14 Days Refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund either to your credit card or via EFT within 14 days. Refunds under $100.00 may be given within our retail stores.
