Surface Finish - Satin: Satin finish tiles have the perfect middle ground appearance between matt and gloss tiles. They have a slight shine but aren’t as reflective as gloss and not as dull as a matt, which makes them render a chic, luxurious and stylish contemporary look to any space. These tiles are smooth to touch and have a softer appearance compared to other finishes as they absorb the shine.
Material - Ceramic: Thin slab made from clays and/or other inorganic materials. Ceramic tiles are less dense and more porous than porcelain. The water absorption is higher than porcelain.

- At VICTILES, we offer delivery and shop collection for online orders, with a $90 delivery fee for standard Metro orders in Victoria, and in-stock items available for collection or dispatch within 1-3 business days.

- Tiles must be inspected upon receipt and laid according to industry standards, as laying them signifies acceptance of their quality and appearance, with no claims accepted afterwards.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 35% handling charge on the return value.
