The collection showcases natural imperfections such as cracks, patinas, scratches, and weathering, artfully reinterpreted as elegant ceramic surfaces with a natural, matte-like finish that enhances their authentic, tactile appeal.

- At VICTILES, we offer delivery and shop collection for online orders, with a $90 delivery fee for standard Metro orders in Victoria, and in-stock items available for collection or dispatch within 1-3 business days.
- Tiles may vary in colour, texture, or appearance due to their design, and shade variations are common in clay products; no responsibility is accepted for crazing, shade variations, or accidents due to slippery tiles, improper maintenance, or inappropriate tile selection.
- Tiles must be inspected upon receipt and laid according to industry standards, as laying them signifies acceptance of their quality and appearance, with no claims accepted afterwards.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 35% handling charge on the return value.
