Our tiles store is located at 2/120 Canterbury Rd, Kilsyth South VIC and second tiles shop is located at 64-66 Amberley Cres, Dandenong South VIC. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.We invite you to visit our showroom to see our wide selection of tiles in person. Our experienced staff is happy to help you choose the perfect tile for your next project.

Shipping and Delivery
At VICTILES, we offer delivery and shop collection for online orders, with a $90 delivery fee for standard Metro orders in Victoria, and in-stock items available for collection or dispatch within 1-3 business days.
Tiles may vary in colour, texture, or appearance due to their design, and shade variations are common in clay products; no responsibility is accepted for crazing, shade variations, or accidents due to slippery tiles, improper maintenance, or inappropriate tile selection.
Tiles must be inspected upon receipt and laid according to industry standards, as laying them signifies acceptance of their quality and appearance, with no claims accepted afterwards.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 35% handling charge on the return value.
