- At VICTILES, we offer delivery and shop collection for online orders, with a $100 delivery fee for standard Metro orders in Victoria, and in-stock items available for collection or dispatch within 3-5 business days.

- Tiles must be inspected upon receipt and laid according to industry standards, as laying them signifies acceptance of their quality and appearance, with no claims accepted afterwards.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 35% handling charge on the return value.
