Surface Finish - Polished: Polished tiles have a glossy finish achieved by mechanical polishing at the last stage of manufacturing. They give high visual impact to a room with their reflective finish.
Material - Porcelain: Fully vitrified tile with water absorption less than 0.5%. They have very low water absorption and are frost-proof so can be used externally in very cold climates. Being strong and non-porous they are also very resistant to staining.

- At VICTILES, we offer delivery and shop collection for online orders, with a $90 delivery fee for standard Metro orders in Victoria, and in-stock items available for collection or dispatch within 1-3 business days.
- Tiles may vary in colour, texture, or appearance due to their design, and shade variations are common in clay products; no responsibility is accepted for crazing, shade variations, or accidents due to slippery tiles, improper maintenance, or inappropriate tile selection.
- Tiles must be inspected upon receipt and laid according to industry standards, as laying them signifies acceptance of their quality and appearance, with no claims accepted afterwards.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 35% handling charge on the return value.
