Right from the get-go, they were incredibly patient, attentive, and helped point me in the right direction when choosing tiles. The level of service was truly outstanding. Everything they said would happen happened exactly as promised, and they looked after me extremely well.
Victiles has a phenomenal selection of tiles and a beautiful range on display, with so many options. The showroom made the decision-making process much easier, and the team were always available to offer helpful advice without being pushy.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. When we realised we hadn't ordered enough tiles and needed more in a hurry, Mehak immediately jumped into action, kept me updated every step of the way, and even arranged for the additional tiles to be delivered directly from the supplier to our home.
On top of all that, they're just a genuinely great bunch of people to deal with—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Their customer service made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy and enjoyable.

I visited the showroom almost every day for an entire week trying to finalise my selections (yes, I’m very indecisive!), and she supported me the whole way without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
What I really loved is that I could choose everything in one place — Tiles, Mosaic feature pieces, Bathware, and Hybrid flooring — which saved me so much time running between different stores. The pricing was very competitive too, so it truly felt like I was saving money while still getting beautiful, high-quality products.
