Surface Finish – Soft Matt:A stunning tile that has a pattern combination of concrete and a subtle stone look. The soft honed finish adds a stone like quality which gives a more natural appearance.Milan series can be used on walls and floors.

Material – Porcelain: Fully vitrified tile with water absorption less than 0.5%. They have very low water absorption and are frost-proof so can be used externally in very cold climates. Being strong and non-porous they are also very resistant to staining.

– All tiles must be laid in accordance with recognised industry standards.
– The act of laying the material means the material is accepted for decor, shade, quality, type and size.
– It is the fixer’s responsibility to lay the material under control of the client or the client’s agent eg builder.
– No claim will be accepted once the material is laid.
